They are not "criminals" fleeing prosecution, not US-made "MS-13" gang members, not radicals, not dangerous. They are FAMILIES fleeing the terrorism of their own Countries -terrorism often assisted by US involvement be it weapon supplies or economic sanctions- they are mothers and fathers and aunties and nuncles begging for a safe(er) place to raise their kids to exist. Isn't this what Jesus taught us to protect and support? I mean at its most basic, isn't "Love Thy Neighbor as Thyself" pretty derned clear??
